Elizabeth is all about making connections between people and ideas in order to drive the best possible outcomes for everyone involved. At the heart of everything she does is the ability to build strong, authentic relationships and through empathy and optimism, produce truly meaningful solutions for our clients.

But don’t be fooled, Elizabeth is also a wizard with the details. Put a spreadsheet in front of her, and be prepared to witness pure magic. From timelines to budgets to to-do’s, she is masterful at calmly managing the critical elements of projects—large and small—and making it look easy. This gift is a huge asset not just for our clients, but also for our team as Elizabeth helps keep SmallBox’s ducks in a row as our Senior Strategist & Director of Business Operations.

Growing up, Elizabeth loved learning about business from her dad who would share stories of his day. Inspired by both his challenges and successes, she always knew she would pursue a similar path (that is, unless Paula Abdul needed a backup dancer). Today, Elizabeth finds joy in her work, but also in great food and spending time with friends and family. From swim meets to dance competitions to llama co-ops (yep! That’s right!), you can often find Elizabeth spending time with her husband and supporting her two busy daughters. Who knows, maybe they too will one day be inspired by the stories Elizabeth tells about SmallBox.
